Investor regret and the rear view mirror.

There’s a reason the windshield is bigger than the rear view mirror.
I speak to a lot of people who say that their parents regret not taking more chances, they regret not buying houses, they regret not making wise investments.
Fear holds people back from success. There’s no sense in looking back on what you didn’t do and wishing it were different. Look forward! If you didn’t do it then you could at least help your kids do what they would like to do. Help the next generation buy homes or invest in businesses. Plan for the future successes, don’t look back with regret.

Landlords what’s the strangest thing thats happened to you?

What’s the strangest thing thats happened to you?
Not long ago I got a text from the neighbors of one of my rentals so I had to text my renter the following...
“Hey do you have a snake? Random question. The neighbor has a snake in his toilet and he’s wondering if yours got out?”
His reply “I had one that escaped months ago and thought I found what’s left of him in the vent system. Tell them I will come by and take a look. It would be awesome if the little guy was still alive”
I definitely have had some laughs out of that!

U Market Trends Why You Should Buy Now

If the market trend is like a U, then, looking at the graphic,if you buy on the left side of the U or the right side of the U, you pay the same price BUT if you buy now (left side), when you get to the right side you will have paid off $30,000 on your mortgage. Therefore, it makes more sense to buy now. Also, the inventory on the left side is going to be better because of supply and demand driving up the prices on the right hand side.
So buy now, pay off your mortgage, have more equity, and have a better selection of homes to choose from.

Why Should I Use A Real Estate Agent?

You should use a real estate agent when buying a home because it’s a free service. If the realtor doesn’t find you the right house, in the area of your choice, at a price you can afford, or a house that you love and purchase through them, they don’t get paid anything! More importantly, if you choose wisely, you will know that you have someone with experience and expertise to advise you and also the peace of mind that you are protected in case of any errors.

Why Should I Use A Real Estate Agent?

Did you know that 90% of litigation in the United States to do with real estate has to do with private sellers? The paperwork is important! There are many components that go into an offer and the forms needed change often. There are many items that need to be addressed in each contract and each contract is different from another.

When you’re selling a home, your realtor can help you price your home correctly, keep you updated on changing markets, help you prepare your home for showing, help clients arrange financing, weed out unqualified buyers, and promote your home to the largest amount of people.
90% of all buyers purchase their homes through Real Estate so don’t be left with the 10% bargain hunters and casual lookers.
