I would say, for us, Real Estate isn’t a job...it’s a passion! There’s nothing more exciting than helping someone invest in their first (or 5th) piece of real estate. We truly believe that everyone should own a home if they can because at least if you invest in a home and pay it off you will have more money/security than most people do when its time to retire. Your own home gives you a sense of security and ownership that doesn’t come from just renting.
We also love teaching people about real estate...how to invest, what to look for, & how to set goals and achieve them.
We like to help young people get their lives set up for success so that they are financially secure and also have very affordable payments. This way, when they get married, start a family, or start a new career, their lives they won’t be encumbered by a huge debt. The number one cause of divorce is stress in your financial picture and financial stress is a huge contributor to anxiety/depression. Therefore, if we can help people get into a good financial position then we can actually help people stay married and be more worry free in general.
If we can help people invest in properties where they have cash flow, then they can have more of the life they want...they can travel, can put their kids through school, help the less fortunate, etc.
That is our WHY! It is to help people have less stress, more security, and more money at the end of each month so that they can be generous to others.
