If at the end of the listing time, we don’t sell your house then it doesn’t cost you anything.
If people couldn’t NET MORE MONEY selling through Real Estate, then we wouldn’t exist.
It’s just like buying a car. When you purchase a car, who pays the fee that goes to the salesperson? Technically, it's from the company, but in reality, the money came from the buyer. Therefore, it’s “free“ for the seller because if you’re not happy with your net amount then you’re not going to take the offer.
