Leverage is the most powerful real estate strategy in Red Deer!

You can use this powerful strategy up to 4 times! Putting 5% down each time. If you move into any property with 5 or fewer apartments you can purchase it for 5% down. There’s even one better...If you have amazing credit, you can actually purchase a home with as little as 2% down. This makes it a ratio of 49-1 ratio, not just 19-1.
